Tagore - description

The Tagore building is situated in a beautiful, peaceful and green neighborhood, surrounded by parks (Arkadia Park, Pola Mokotowskie). The project aimed at meeting the expectations of those who insist not only on convenient location of the building, but also on its elegance and quality. We have chosen an attractive location – a back-street not far away from one of the major thoroughfares of the capital city, Aleje Niepodległości, and yet peaceful and secluded. It is situated a small distance from the city center, at the same time far enough from its tumult and rush.

This small enclave of peace and quiet at Tagore street has in its neighborhood facilities important in daily life, such as kindergartens, schools, a post office, a pharmacy, banks, and also big shopping centers (Mokotów Shopping Gallery), sports clubs and swimming pools (Warszawianka). The Tagore apartments are secluded and yet just a step away from important communication thoroughfares, the subway and other means of urban transportation.

The building is composed of two parts – a four-storey and a seven-storey one. There are only seventy two apartments in both parts. JEMS Architects designed a building of timeless, modern and elegant looks. Its modern design and high quality performance is what distinguishes the building on the real estate market. The project was completed by one of the best Polish construction companies, Z. Marciniak SA. Their experience in applying state-of-the-art technologies at the same time using traditional, natural materials guarantee that the tenants’ expectations are fully met.

The main objective of the Investor, Catalina Park Sp. z o.o., was to satisfy the various dwelling needs of the future tenants. We have offered many types of apartments, ranging from 30 to 140 sq m. The apartments situated on the 7th and 8th floor may have a fireplace installed. Both apartment buildings naturally create a kind of a small community. With this in mind, the design includes also common spaces such as a large and elegant hall tiled with granite and Canadian maple wood, storage rooms for tenants, underground parking places and common backup rooms for storing bikes.

Creating a safe environment to our tenants was one of our main goals. We were able to carry out the task with state-of-the-art technology. The tenants have magnetic cards used to enter the building while the electronic monitoring system ensures that they are well protected twenty four hours a day.
